– 500ml (18fl oz) cocktail shaker
– 500ml (18fl oz) serving glass
– pea ladle
– bubble tea straw
Put 50ml (2fl oz) freshly brewed Jasmine tea into the blender along with the matcha powder and milk and blend to combine.
Fill the shaker with ice and pour the matcha mix into it. Pour in some more Jasmine tea, if needed, to fill the shaker almost to the brim. Put the lid on and shake for a few seconds. Taste for sweetness and add the soluble sweetener to taste, then shake again.
Put your chosen tapioca pearls into the base of the serving glass and pour the contents of the shaker over the top, leaving a gap of about 2.5cm (1 inch) at the top of the glass. Top with the pre-made cream crown, which will float on top of the drink. Serve.
